- Cancellations, Exchanges, and Refunds
- In case you want to cancel your order, contact DALTA BOOKS (HTTPS://DALTABOOKS.COM) ’s customer service. We will try our best to help you with your concern, but since we try to get the orders to you expeditiously, it might not be possible to cancel your order if it has already been shipped.
- In case you receive the incorrect product or damaged product, kindly notify our customer service within 7days of delivery and we will be happy to send you the correct item.
- DALTA BOOKS (HTTPS://DALTABOOKS.COM) reserves the right to refuse any refund wherein it is evident that the product has been used.
- All pre-order transactions are not eligible for exchange or refund.
2.Returns
- If I receive a faulty/damaged packaged product from DALTA BOOKS (HTTPS://DALTABOOKS.COM), what should I do in that case?
- Extensive quality checks are done during the packaging and shipping process for our customers. In any case, if anything improper is found with the delivered products by DALTA BOOKS (HTTPS://DALTABOOKS.COM) you can contact our customer service and they will be more than happy to assist you reach a resolution.
- If the return is approved and the return process is completed, the refund amount will be credited to your original mode of payment within 7-10 business days.
Indian Customers:

- If any product shipped to you is in faulty/damaged condition, you are asked by us to e-mail the images of the faulty/damaged packet, as soon as you open the packet. Once we receive the damaged packet, we will ship a duplicate order to you. In case the required product is out of stock, a full refund will be initiated.
- If I have to return the product ordered from DALTA BOOKS (HTTPS://DALTABOOKS.COM), how can I do that?

Anyways if the product(s) purchased is no more required by you, you can write to us in that regard on “email-id” within 48 hours (2 days) of obtaining purchased order. You can also return the shipment, if unopened, for a repayment or gift voucher for the same amount.
